The hotel location offers beautiful surroundings.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was stained, and the bathroom had a lingering odor. WiFi access was annoyingly tiered. Basic browsing was free, but streaming required a fee.

location just off the dutch quarter, the sansoucci gardens and a trolley and the neigbourhood. for shots visit hafthorn, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Excellente location for all things, very good breakfast buffet: Sat. and Sun. for special price (€ 15), very clean with good facilities

Enjoyed the spacious, clean room and attentive staff. Unfortunately, limited dining options nearby affected convenience.

The location of the hotel is very good for sightseeing and visiting one of the nice restaurants in the dutch district. The rooms are very quiet because the hotel is in the second row behind a front building with Baroque facade. The rooms themselves are of good standard. Nice, bright breakfast room, a small hotel bar. Nice breakfast buffet.

When the hotel is full, there are not enough seats and staff at breakfast.

Loved the central location near shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room with a wonderful breakfast selection. Staff were helpful and attentive. My room was booked as a twin but I received a double instead, disappointing. The decor in the room felt worn and in need of maintenance. Wifi speed could have been better too. The stay had its ups and downs, but I'd consider returning for the convenient location.

Excellent location, very good service, and the food in the hotel testaurant is really very good indeed.

Not a eal complaint, but the air con. Could do with a boost on very hot days.

spacious and fairly clean venue with a reasonable value and very-very nice and welcoming staff. incredibly nice breakfast, stunning location next to a large grocery store next door as well as the xmas markets. also, in very nice neighbourhood. excellent overall experience.

i really appreciated the easy access to fine parks like sanssouci, just a short walk away, and the vibrant atmosphere of the old market square.

Super centrally located, rooms clean, well equipped, bathroom fixtures are a bit old! Price for breakfast with 22.50 euros a bit crazy! Diagonally opposite there is a great cafe with a 1st class breakfast. Positive was still, we were allowed to check in at 11.00 clock.

The location of the hotel. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

The vegetables at breakfast could be better cut. The filling of the water tank from the coffee machine does not have to take place during the breakfast time, must be checked beforehand.

The location was perfect, but the WiFi access was kind of a hassle.

The staff has always been super nice, also at the front desk . But this time I was not so satisfied . The ambience of the bar and the noise there. we did not find it good.
